In 2002, Casey Jones and Roger Schonder created a new program focused on the complete athlete. The Stingray Allstars began the 2002 season with 9 teams and practiced in a facility called “Coliseum Sports”. The program quickly outgrew this facility and moved into a make-shift warehouse with 2 foam floors and 2 spring floors. The program quickly grew to 14 teams and again outgrew the facility. In 2007, Stingrays moved into the present-day Marietta location. In 2012, brand expansion began with the opening of our Johns Creek location.
Today, Johns Creek is home to 9 full year teams, 8 half-year teams, several hundred tumbling students, and over 10 school teams that train with us. We are extremely proud of our incredibly knowledgeable and hard working staff! As we move into our third season in Johns Creek, we look forward to expansion of our facility and our teams.
We are truly blessed that so many families trust us with their young athletes! For all of you that helped built what we are today… thank you for making us “One of a Kind”!
